- Studio ($24.99/mo or $219/yr): everything in Bedtime, plus 10 print-quality books a month.
- Family ($34.99/mo or $309/yr): up to 3 kids, 60 stories a month, 20 print-quality books, 3 quarterly hardcovers, year-end bound annual.
Acceptable use
You agree not to upload photos of children who are not your own; not to use the service to depict harm, sexualization, hate, or harassment; not to attempt to bypass moderation or extract another user's data. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these terms, with full refund.
Content ownership
You own the photos you upload and the stories you direct us to create. By using the service you grant us a limited license to process, generate, store, print, and ship your content as part of fulfilling the service. We claim no ownership over your child's likeness or your stories beyond that.
Refunds and happiness guarantee
Every printed book comes with a 14-day happiness guarantee: if you're unhappy with the print quality or the illustration of your child, we'll reprint at no cost or refund the full purchase price, your choice. Damaged-in-transit replacements ship at no charge.
Subscriptions are cancellable any time; remaining time on your billing period is honored, no partial refunds.
AI-generated content
Stories and illustrations are produced by large language and image models that generate novel content in real time. They are creative output, not factual statements about real events. You retain final approval on every page before printing.
Liability
The service is provided "as is." Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in Delaware courts unless we mutually agree to arbitration.
